Our House

We are all extremely grateful to live in this beautiful home. Julia Morgan, a UC Berkeley graduate who was the first licensed female architect in California and the architect of Hearst Castle, designed our home in 1905. Our chapter house was originally built for Chancellor Gayley before being renovated for its current use. Our house fits up to 69 Kappas when at full capacity. Our exceptional cook, DeeDee, provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Kappa Monday through Friday. We are additionally very grateful to have such a wonderful house mother, Lynne! Our room styles range from doubles, to triples, to quads, to six-persons, to the president's single room.
